| Feedback & Rating is essential part of building KidMax community. It allows KidMax members and users to know more about each other and about the service/business listings on KidMax. |
| There are 2 kinds of feedback & rating on KidMax. These are completely unrelated to each other. A member or seller has his own rating, completely separate from rating for service/business he/she may have listed. |
 User Feedback & Rating: User Feedback allows trading partners to rate each other after completing a transaction. A member's rating on KidMax serves as his/her reputation and helps KidMax community to know more about the member. Rating consists mainly of Feedback Score & Reliability calculated using feedback received by him/her from trading partners for transactions completed over lifetime of membership. A higher feedback score means that more members had positive transaction experience with the member. A higher reliability (maximum 100%) means that more reliable or trustworthy a member is based on his/her past transactions. |

| Service/Business Feedback & Rating: A service/business's rating on KidMax serves as it's reputation and helps KidMax community to know more about it. Members rate how satisfied their experience with the business was for the following criteria: service, price, quality, selection and location. Overall Rating of service/business is a score out of 5 and is calculated using feedback received by it from KidMax members over lifetime of listing. A higher overall rating means that more members had positive experience with the service/business. |
