KidMax allows members to communicate with each other. You can communicate with a member in following ways:
  • Ask seller a question from his/her listing.
  • Send a message to any member from his/her rating page. Rating page can be accessed by clicking on member's username.
  • After you have started communication with a member, you can review and communicate further with him/her from 'my Dashboard (Messages)'.
When you send a message, a question or a reply to a member, an e-mail will also be sent to the member. We strongly recommend that you do NOT reveal your e-mail or other contact information to other members. You can review your messages sent and conversations from 'my Dashboard (Messages)'. If you are confident that you don't need to review a message or a conversation, you can archive it. All messages in a conversation will be automatically archived after 60 days of last activity.
How to use 'my Dashboard (Messages)'?
'my Dashboard (Messages)' has 2 sections:
my Conversations
The list of conversations includes all your conversations that have updates within last 60 days. The conversations marked 'New!' are either new conversations or conversations with updates that you have not reviewed. The number enclosed in square brackets [] indicates total number of messages in the conversation.
Messages sent
The list of messages sent includes all conversations that you participated in by sending one or more messages and that have updates within last 60 days. The number enclosed in square brackets [] indicates total number of messages in the conversation.
