What is User Feedback?
User Feedback allows trading partners to rate each other after completing a transaction.
You can rate your transaction as Positive (), Neutral () or Negative (). You must also leave a small note (not exceeding 80 words) about your transaction. Feedback(s) received by a member of KidMax over time builds his/her Feedback Score / Reliability / Rating. This serves as a member's reputation and helps KidMax community to know more about each other tremendously.
Please Note:
  • Leaving feedback is extremely important part of your transaction.
    It is part of what made 'You' Time magazine's 'Person of the Year' for 2006.
  • The feedback you leave is permanent and can not be changed, reversed or removed.
  • You are entirely responsible for comments you post with the feedback.
  • Please be mature and professional in your comments; do not use abusive language.
  • Use facts to describe your transaction; avoid leaving negative personal remarks.
  • If you have a disagreement, please make every effort to resolve it first before leaving feedback.
  • Feedback can be left for up to 90 days after completing a transaction.
How do I leave feedback for my trading partner?
You can leave feedback for your trading partner from 'my Dashboard' after completing a transaction. Buyers can leave feedback from 'my Dashboard (Buyer Area) > Items Bought/Won' or 'my Dashboard (Buyer Area) > Offers Accepted'. Sellers can leave feedback from 'my Dashboard (Seller Area) > Items Sold' or 'my Dashboard (Seller Area) > Offers Accepted'. Click 'Leave Feedback' to leave feedback for a transaction. If you have already left feedback for your trading partner, you will see 'Left' and if you already received feedback from your trading partner, you will see 'Received' in the Feedback column for your transaction. The feedback that you have left and/or received for your transaction(s) is indicated by [+] for positive, [+/-] for neutral and [-] for negative feedback.
Can I withdraw feedback I left for my trading partner?
It is possible to mutually withdraw a feedback you and your trading partner have left for each other. However, we strongly discourage this action.
To withdraw feedback, click on 'Left' in the Feedback column for your transaction. To request your trading partner to mutually withdraw feedback for this transaction, click 'Withdraw Feedback' on the next screen. Your trading partner will be informed about your request. Your trading partner can accept or deny your request. If your trading partner accepts your request, feedback left by you and your trading partner for this transaction will be withdrawn. If this feedback has any negative impact on you or your trading partner's feedback scores, it will be reversed. However, this feedback will always be kept on record and will be visible to other users.
Note: When you request your trading partner to mutually withdraw feedback for a transaction, you will see 'Withdrawal requested'/'Received' and your trading partner will see 'Act on request'/'Withdrawal requested' in the Feedback column for the transaction till action is taken on your request.
If your trading partner accepts your request, you will see 'Withdrawal requested'/'Withdrawn' and your trading partner will see 'Withdrawn'/'Withdrawal requested' in the Feedback column for the transaction.
If your trading partner denies your request, you will see 'Withdrawal denied'/'Withdrawal requested' and your trading partner will see 'Withdrawal requested'/'Withdrawal denied' in the Feedback column for the transaction.
Can I add a follow-up comment to the feedback I receive from my trading partner?
If you do not get a positive feedback from your trading partner, you can add a follow-up comment to the feedback you received explaining your side. The follow-up comment you add will be visible to other users in your user rating and feedback. However, it will have no impact on your feedback scores.
To add a follow-up comment to the feedback you received, click on 'Left' in the Feedback column for your transaction. Enter the comment your would like to add (80 characters max.) and click 'Add follow-up Comment' on the next screen.
