| KidMax has an inexpensive and simple fee structure for selling Product/Item(s). There are 2 fees that seller incurs: |
| 1. Listing fee |
| 2. Transaction fee |
| The details of these fees are described below. Note that the currency used in all fees and examples below is U.S. dollar (US $ or USD). |
| 1. Listing fee for: |
 'Fixed Price Sale', 'Fixed Price Sale w/ Will Consider Offers' & 'Auction' is $0.20 per unit up to a maximum of $2.00 for each period of 15 days. |
| 'Exchange Offer' (Cash Offer, Exchange Offer with an Item or a Listing) is $0.10 per unit up to a maximum of $1.00 for each period of 15 days. |
| Examples of listing fee for product/item listings: |
| Listing fee for listing an item with 2 units in an auction for 30 days is: $0.20 x 2 x 2 periods of 15 days = $0.80 |
| Listing fee for listing an item with 11 units in an exchange offer for 60 days is: (maximum) $1.00 x 4 periods of 15 days = $4.00 |

 There is no additional fee for listing an item. |
| You can add up to 5 pictures in your listing. There is no additional picture fee, no 'Reserve Price' or 'Buy this item' fee for auction, etc. |
| Included in this price is a chance to be displayed on front page on KidMax.com. We randomly select listings to display on front page every hour. Your listing could be displayed on the front page on KidMax.com several times during it's listing duration. However, this is not guaranteed. |
| You will be able to review your listing fee before you submit your item for listing. |
| Seller fee to Relist/Sell Similar Item is same as the listing fee to list the item for the first time. See Relist/Sell Similar Item. |

| 2. Transaction fee for: |
| 'Fixed Price Sale' is 5% of the subtotal. This is also known as 'Item Sale fee'. |
| 'Auction' is 5% of the subtotal. This is also known as 'Auction Final Price fee'. |
| 'Cash Offers' is 5% of the subtotal. This is also known as 'Cash Offer fee'. |

| 'Exchange Offer with an Item or a Listing' is $1.50 per unit. This is also known as 'Exchange Offer fee'. |
| Examples of transaction fee: |
| Item Sale fee for Fixed Price Sale of 2 units of an item at $5.00 per unit is: 5% of $5.00 x 2 (subtotal $10.00) = $0.50 |
| Auction Final Price fee for an auction for 2 units where final price/bid was $10.00: 5% of $10.00 x 2 = $1 |

| Transaction fee is only for completed transactions. If a transaction is not complete, no fee will be charged. |
