Can I make changes to my product/item listing after it becomes active?

Yes. A seller can make changes (revise) to a product/item listing anytime before either:
One buyer makes a purchase (Fixed Price Sale, Fixed Price Sale / Will consider offers, Auction with Buy this Item),
One bid is placed (Auction, Auction with Buy this Item),
An interested buyer makes an offer (Exchange Offer, Fixed Price Sale / Will consider offers), Or
The seller makes an offer to another listing using the listing (Exchange Offer, Fixed Price Sale / Will consider offers).
To revise to your listing, go to 'my Dashboard (Seller Area) > Items Selling' anytime till the listing is public. If you can still revise your item, you will see 'Revise Item' below the title of your listing.

Can I cancel / withdraw my exchange offer?

You can withdraw a pending offer anytime. An offer is in pending status when a decision has not been made on the offer. Seller and interested buyers can communicate with each other and negotiate a fair deal to complete / accept the offer. Seller can reject a pending offer anytime. Buyers can also cancel / withdraw their pending offer anytime. If no decision is reached on the offer, it will expire and no further action can be taken by the seller or the buyer. A pending cash offer expires when the listing for which it was made expires. A pending 'Exchange Offer with an Item' expires when the listing for which it was made expires. A pending 'Exchange Offer with a Listing' expires either when the listing for which it was made expires or when the listing with which it was made expires, whichever comes first. Also, If at the time of accepting an offer, the available quantity can not be reconciled with the quantity specified in the offer, the offer becomes invalid and no further action can be taken by the seller or the buyer.

Can I make exchange offers to multiple sellers for an item that I want to get?

Yes. The system does allow you to make exchange offers to multiple sellers for an item that you want to get. However, if more than one sellers do accept your offers, you will be obligated to complete all the accepted transactions. This may cause you to end up owning more units of the item than you desired. So, you must be careful while making multiple offers. Similarly, you should be careful while bidding on multiple auctions for the same item; you may end up winning all the auctions!

The better way to make exchange offers to multiple sellers is to list your item and then offer it to sellers via 'Exchange Offer with an Item or a Listing'. For example, you want to exchange one unit of item A for one unit of item B. You can list your item A and offer it as 'Exchange Offer with an Item or a Listing' to the sellers of item B who are accepting exchange offers. When one seller accepts your offer, all other offers will automatically become invalid. In this way, you never run the risk of owning more units than desired. See Types of Exchange Offer.

Can I withdraw feedback I left for my trading partner?

It is possible to mutually withdraw a feedback you and your trading partner have left for each other. However, we strongly discourage this action. To withdraw feedback, click on 'Left' in the Feedback column for your transaction. To request your trading partner to mutually withdraw feedback for this transaction, click 'Withdraw Feedback' on the next screen. Your trading partner will be informed about your request. Your trading partner can accept or deny your request. If your trading partner accepts your request, feedback left by you and your trading partner for this transaction will be withdrawn. If this feedback has any negative impact on you or your trading partner's feedback scores, it will be reversed. However, this feedback will always be kept on record and will be visible to other users.

How can I enable buyers to pay directly from invoice using online payment systems (PayPal & Google Checkout)?

KidMax currently allows buyers to pay directly from invoice with a click with 2 online payment systems only: PayPal and Google Checkout. To enable this:

  1. the seller must select PayPal and/or Google as an acceptable mode of online payment for the listing.
  2. the seller must have specified the online payment account information for PayPal (e-mail address) and/or Google Checkout (Merchant ID) in his/her profile ('my Dashboard (my Account) > Profile') on KidMax.
To clarify further, if the seller has specified account information for both PayPal and Google Checkout in his/her profile on KidMax and selects PayPal as the only accepted mode of online payment for a particular listing, the invoice(s) for that listing will enable the buyer(s) to pay directly with a click with PayPal only.

See Invoice & Payment for details. Please carefully review the rules for accepting payments with your online payment system accounts before enabling this for your customers.
