How can I manage my purchases?
After purchasing an item or winning an auction or accepting an offer, the buyer can review them from 'my Dashboard (Buyer Area) > Items Bought/Won' or 'my Dashboard (Buyer Area) > Offers Accepted'.
Items that you bought in Fixed Price Sales, or in Auctions with 'Buy this Item' or successfully won in Auctions are listed under 'my Dashboard (Buyer Area) > Items Bought/Won'.
Offers made by you that you and your trading partner have accepted are listed under 'my Dashboard (Buyer Area) > Offers Accepted'.
Note: You can review details of purchases, status of transactions and invoices as well as leave feedback for your trading partner from these pages. You can also see if your trading partner has left feedback for you. The feedback that you have left and/or received for your transaction(s) is indicated by [+] for positive, [+/-] for neutral and [-] for negative feedback.
Items that you are tracking are listed under 'my Dashboard (Buyer Area) > Items Tracking'. When you are ready to purchase, go to the listing details from here.
Service(s)/Business(es) that you have saved are listed under 'my Dashboard (Buyer Area) > Svc./Biz. Saved'. While these are not your purchases, it allows you to quickly revisit the service/business listings you are interested in.
