Or you may have a firewall or spam blocker that is preventing the e-mail delivery. Please check your bulk or junk mail folder for e-mail from KidMax Team with subject "Confirm your KidMax Registration". In pursuit to limit SPAM, sometimes e-mail providers redirect legitimate e-mails to junk or spam folders or not deliver at all. You may need to add our domain, KidMax.com to your trusted list of senders or add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book/list of accepted e-mail addresses.
If you don't find the e-mail, you can request to send the KidMax registration confirmation & activation e-mail again from here. If you continue to have problems in receiving the e-mail, please write to our Customer Service Team with your username and e-mail address you used for registration.
You can create one and only one active account for yourself. Creating duplicate accounts for yourself or creating an account for anyone other than yourself is a violation of your agreement. Maintain your account in good standing by completing your obligations and building trust with your trading partners.
To sell a product/item or list a business/service, you will need to provide your billing & shipping information. This information is required to keep KidMax a safe place to buy and sell. You will not be charged when you enter this information. You will be charged once a month, on a day determined by your billing cycle, if you have a balance due. You can enter your billing information from 'my Dashboard > Profile'.
To leave feedback for any service/business, you will need to provide your billing & shipping information. This helps to ensure that only one account is created per person. This information is required to keep KidMax a safe and reliable place for members. You will not be charged when you enter this information. There is absolutely no charge for leaving feedback for service/business.
